Tara's Book

It's very hard to share something that you've created no matter what it is. Sharing something that has come right from your very heart and imagination is definitely no exception.
Ever sense I was little I have been obsessed with vampires! I LOVE movies and books about vampires and the like. So when I heard about Stephenie Meyer and Twilight I naturally jumped right on bored to read the series. However, after Eclipse I was way too impatient to wait for Breaking Dawn and so I decided to join a group of people who were writing their version of what the fourth book was going to be (just for fun.) I'd never written a book or even attempted before but the idea of being able to wield Edward, Jacob, and Bella into what I wanted was to big of a temptation. So, I began writing. But a paragraph or so in I decided that it was way too much fun to write a story and if I was going to write about vampires, I wanted it to be my own story. And so that is the beginning. That is how it came about. This is how I discovered my love for writing and hopefully my future profession.

Writing is just like playing the piano. You get better with practice. I know because the more I study, read, and especially write, I realize that my first manuscript was pretty raw and needs a lot of help. It may be garbage for all I know but it was fun to twiddle it out of my own imagination. So, by request of some I have decided to share The Beginning of my story. If I get any requests for more of it then I'll post some more.

If I feel like it's going well and I get positive feedback then I am planning to begin a completely new novel from beginning to end on this blog.

It is VERY VERY VERY important to me that if you read, you leave a comment with your 100% honest opinion. What if you think it's junk and you never told me and I spent the rest of my life trying to write when I could have been.... Juggling as a profession or so forth. Please be honest, when it comes to what I write I REALLY do WANT an HONEST opinion.

Thanks for reading the following:
